This album was created by cutting, pasting, and manipulating samples from one of those private-press high school concert band records, released in the late 1970s.
The original record bears no copyright claim on behalf of school or recordist ... and the original compositions and arrangements are nowhere to be found here ... so as far as I'm concerned it's fair game.
